But dreams alone mean little without action. A dream must be backed by profound reasons and broken down into step-by-step actionable goals.

Why do I have such a dream? I deeply believe that the biggest problem in the world today is injustice. First and foremost, we must solve income inequality and poverty. Because to make a true impact in today’s world and fight this global injustice, we must build technology companies. Today, tech corporations have reached a scale and influence that rival entire nations.

Over the last 20 years, companies like Apple, Google, Meta, Amazon, and Alibaba have shaped the globe. Their economic power and social impact have reached unprecedented levels. Consider the Amazon platform, where we have been actively selling for over 8 years: by 2030, Amazon’s revenue is projected to exceed the GDP of many developing nations, including my home country, Turkey.

Think about it: Turkey is a country of 85 million people, yet a single global corporation generates more wealth. This massive concentration of wealth is a stark reminder of the income inequality we are facing globally. They achieve this through the sheer power of software and technology. Today, space companies founded by entrepreneurs like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are competing head-to-head with global superpowers like the US, China, and Russia. Companies have truly become as powerful as states.

This power isn’t just technological; it is deeply social. Data is the oil of our century. The companies that hold the data have the power to influence and steer the world. Social media giants can sway elections and play leading roles in massive social movements like the Arab Spring.

Furthermore, the algorithms of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok heavily influence the ethical and moral compass of society. Because their user base is overwhelmingly young, pushing violent or unethical content for engagement can accelerate a society’s moral decline. Technology can be used for good or bad. Our responsibility is to develop technologies that guide humanity toward what is good and beautiful, and use this technological power to eradicate poverty and unfair wealth distribution.

The Global Gap and My Mission

When we look at the world’s most valuable companies, tech giants absolutely dominate the list. Yet, when I analyze the global Top 500, I see a glaring absence of companies from emerging markets like Turkey. Even the largest and most historic Turkish conglomerates don’t make the cut; in fact, the entire Istanbul Stock Exchange combined is significantly smaller in value than a single giant like Amazon.

This reality deeply bothers me. I have made it my personal mission to change it. My ultimate goal is to build a tech company that enters the global Top 500, because creating value and fairly distributing wealth is one of the most effective ways to solve global income inequality.

We have already taken concrete steps toward this by establishing our global e-commerce supply chain platform, Rexven, and we have set a public challenge: to reach a $1 Billion (Unicorn) valuation by the end of 2030. To achieve true global impact, we are expanding our operations internationally, opening our European headquarters in Germany, and developing AI-driven e-commerce teams to challenge existing monopolies, such as the Chinese dominance in the global e-commerce market. By empowering thousands of individual entrepreneurs to build their own businesses and earn a sustainable living, we are actively fighting poverty and income inequality from the ground up.

But one company making it to the top is not enough; we need dozens of them. That is why I transparently share all my experiences, strategies, and the step-by-step journey of building a startup live with my community. We need other good companies and visionary entrepreneurs to grow and strengthen rapidly alongside us to build a fairer world without poverty.

We must rise together.
